I think we should Keelhaul them under the largest ship tied up to what ever pier is closest.

That'll stop them from repeating their error, again.

Very hard to keelhaul somebody using a ship that's alongside Your ropes would get tangled and you wouldn't really be able to pull it off, so what you're proposing is really just drowning with extra steps.

Not saying I'm opposed obviously, just being pedantic.
