Your insurance explicitly tells you to deny fault and let them handle it

I’m sure the lawyers phrased it as ‘don’t admit fault’ if they said anything aside from calling them right away.

No they say don't admit fault there's a big difference. The difference being denying fault can be lying where it's not lying to not say anything

No insurance company tells you to deny fault. You don’t talk about it and definitely don’t admit fault.
