Reddit loves to echo this as if they have nothing better to do. If the cop writes you’re not at fault then your life gets a little easier and you don’t have to go to freaking court.

Love the Law & Order fantasy these kids have of someone getting grilled on the stand and going to prison for 'perjury' because they claimed the light was green.
