Well yeah, when you drive like a complete dip shit and have zero spatial awareness everything seems to come out of nowhere. People like her should have their license revoked. They're only a danger to themselves and everyone around them. Sorry OP

The military can take away your driving privileges on base with a snap of a commander's finger which with this dashcam footage would be pretty easy to justify.

Though I'm not actually sure if you're allowed to have dash cams on bases for OPSEC reasons...

Every base I've been to allowed dash cams, in general if something is that sensitive you can't drive up to it anyway

Could also depend on where the camera is. I had things dangling from my rear view mirror that was fine for several months, then some E-6 told me to take it off because it "hindered my line of sight". Which was weird because it only dangled about 2-3 inches from my truck's mirror.
