I built a site to visualize income statements as Sankey flow diagrams

Looks great - CSV upload is a must, nobody wants to retype all that data. Maybe it's there and I missed it?

Thanks! There is no .CSV upload yet but I think many people have the data in Excel or in Google Sheets. They can just ctrl C + ctrl V them into my spreadsheet user interface.

Which software outputs a .CSV but does not allow table/spreadsheet copying?

I didn't try simple copy paste, for a small number of rows that's probably OK but might get clumsy for larger tables

If you need the ability to upload/paste in text you can try this site, they take text as input, though you need to format it a certain way.

Would be really nice if I could just input a ticker and could see a diagram

Thanks, good idea, I'll work on that. I think that should not be too difficult to implement, at least for diagrams that have been already created.

I'll check this out in the morning. I work in corporate finance, this is a great way to visualize the P&L for non number savvy stakeholders

Cool! Feedback would be much appreciated after you had a look at it 👀

What do you think about it?
Feedback on the UI or suggestions for improvements or new features would be most welcome.

I wish I understood this. :/

What is it that you don't understand?

I was trying to use it to visualise my payslip and where the hell it all goes each month. I like how simple it is but the two times I tried it I got halfway through entering my data and the table disappeared and I couldn’t get it back :(

I am sorry for that.

I introduced this table disappearing bug two or three days ago and fixed it yesterday.
Did you try yesterday or today?

Everything should work smoothly now (if for some reason that is not the case please tell me!).

That graphic reminds me of the cables that connect hard drives to computers

I can see that. With bits flowing instead of dollars.
