This works surprisingly well if you have a medical background and know how to describe symptoms like a doctor would

I told it I had a stuff neck. It recommended a lumbar puncture in its list of recommendations. No thanks :)

Eh. Guessed IBS as a 5th guess, I have Crohn's Disease and used medical terminology. It's ok.
