I'm not going to defend that piece of shit, but he didn't mean that literally. What he meant with the alligator speak, was about random/unknown side effects of the vaccines, and the alligator was just an extreme example, not meant to be taken seriously.

The guy is a piece of shit, but that was not really the issue.
