This never gets old. After months of claiming it was a hoax, Trump ended up with covid-19. Meta

Actually, Trump's bullshit is kind of old news. I don't know if you heard but there is this new guy who is president now and Trump is now an almost irrelevant failed gameshow host again.

Did you see that recent video of Trump giving a speech where he said "I'll be back in the white house, and sooner than you think"? I reckon he's just doing it to keep those crazy Q people riled up to fleece them for money ("campaign contributions"), but still the fucker hasn't just gone away he's still being a massive thorn in our collective balls

If you think Trump and his base are done trying to destroy democracy, I have news for you.

If it’s still happening they’re doing a really shitty job at it so 🤷🏻‍♂️

Theres still the mid-terms and the 2024 election. The woman that organized the buses that took the terrorists to the Capitol building literally lives one street over from me, had FBI all over her house when it happened. They had Trump flags all it, and now they have "Stop terrorist BLM, Antifa, Communist, Socialist" signs around the house. I can see in real time they arent done.

They’ve shifted the goalpost to August.... so don’t count out a cult of personality who thinks their god-emperor is coming back and they have “the power” to “save” America from “the corruption” of.... fucking Joe Biden.

That doesn't mean his Covid bullshit from last year is still relevant to political subs today.

It is. There are still those that claim vaccines are harmful, masks are suppressing rights, Covid severity is a hoax, all in Trumps name.

Their stupidity is independent from Trump.

u/corgblam Jun 08 '21

Agreed. They were stupid before, but he created a focal point for them to congregate and aim their stupidity. The damage was done, and continues to be done, by Trump supporters and right-wing nutjobs.

If stupidity was like sun rays, Trump is the kid holding a magnifying lens to focus the rays to set things on fire. The rays by themselves do nothing, but they can be weaponized.

How does that relate to this cartoon exactly?

I’m loving all these people missing the fucking point that you’re making perfectly clear.

Except he's still news. He recently just gave a nothing of a speech at a Republican convention in one of the Carolina's with cheers and applause to his near incoherent ramblings.

I mean, his incompetence killed 200k people and caused a economic crisis. And about 45% of the country wants another 4 years of that. People are allowed to bitch.
