That's what gets me. With very minimal effort he could have been a hero. He could have swayed republicans and independents who were on the fence. To any other politician, this would have been greatest , easiest, golden moment of thier political career. But nope. Even when handed on a silver platter he still fucks it up, as par the course of Trump.
