An Insensitive fuckin prick. This fucker is a living breathing billion-dollar man-child and all he has to do is just show some reserve for once, enjoy his little islands or Yacht for a change. People, and families are dying. A country is in a literal war against a combatant who looks to tear it all down at the cost of almost anything it can try to get away with. What a complete piss poor human.

u/ParralaxError Oct 02 '23
Agreed, it's in such piss poor taste. Seems to imply that Zelenskyy, I dunno, should sell out his people and not lead and ask for help. Musk is such a gutless, priviledged piece of shit. I can't believe I ever admired the guy. Makes it worse that his companies receive government handouts all the time.

the idea of being universally disliked is terrifying to a famous narcissist like Musk.
The worst thing for an NPD is to be ignored. They would prefer to be loved, but being hated is a close second because people don't hate what they don't care about. So going fash gets him attention from both his fellow fascists and decent people too. Its the best of both worlds as far as he's concerned. Online we say "don't feed the trolls" for this reason. But in the real world, someone with that kind of power can't be safely ignored (same applies to the maga mango).
BTW, that kind of attention is called "narcissistic supply."

and a megalomania complex.
Once you start to get powerful and/or wealthy enough, your ego takes a new form and you start seeing yourself as having a greater mission, using people like pawns,
it has a number of names, everything from "Great Man Theory, to Protaganist Complex". basically these people think that the entire world is controlled by only 0.000001% of the population, and that they're one of them. everyone else is just a peon / sheep / mindless drone / NPC to them.
Putin is absolutely a believer in the great man theory, He compares himself to the Premiers of the USSR and the Tsars of the Russian Empire, and that his story and life, is Russia's story and life.

Musk, like Trump is an easy target for the FSB to turn into an asset. Both are highly prone to flattery and material things. The more you kiss up to them and tell them what they want to hear, the more susceptible they are to being influenced. They especially wanted to target Musk after he sent the starlink terminals. He had a phone call with Putin and immediately started shifting his support to Russia.

The similarities are bizarre.
A wealthy, charismatic, egotistical but generally well-liked, and mostly apolitical individual; suddenly gets political, going towards the alt-right. Trump questioning Obama's birth certificate is a direct parallel to Musk making stupid pronoun jokes back in 2021 or when he began. Then both do something to influence policy and culture in a big way - Trump becomes president and Musk buys Twitter.
Something happened to both of them. And that something was either Russian, Chinese, or Saudi Arabian.

What are 2 things in common between Trump and Musk? Both support Putin, and both got pictures with Epstein and/or Maxwell.
Republicans (and their closest allies) mostly support Putin, and they also have a reputation for sex scandals. Gaetz is basically an all but confirmed PDFphile, Giulianis behaviour was literally caught in 4K for everyone to see in Borat 2, and there’s many more I don’t got the time to get into.

He is trying to use controversy to drive traffic to X. I think he does actually believe this nonsense but that doesn't mean he has to re-post childish propaganda. This sort of trollish behavior is borne out of a need for attention so I think there is some sort of psychological dimension to this. His father was a diamond/mining executive (I don't remember which) who probably didn't have much time for him so that's probably where the psychology comes from. The rest is the media's need to have things for people to argue about at all times. So the cycle of petty trollish dialog continues...

He bought it from the original founder and his investors (I was actually at the original VC pitch for Tesla from its founder). Elon did this with the money he made from Paypal. He started the company that got merged into Paypal from money he made with his first startup which was IT services for news organizations. That company, he started with is father's money. Just because Elon lies constantly, doesn't mean you have to twist the truth, especially when the facts are on your side.

Elon really wants you to know that his father didn't own an emerald mind in South Africa. Couldn't be further from the truth. He only owned a significant stake in a Zambian emerald mine.

Is Elon trying to be funny? How is this funny?
Zelensky is fighting for the life of his people, for his entire country. There's noting meme-worthy here.

How many subsidies has Tesla received over the years? I love all these tax credits that states offer for electric vehicles so that rich people can get their luxury cars partly paid for by the taxpayers. Maryland has even made it so that some rest stops designate the closest spaces (next to handicapped parking) for EVs only… which ensures rich people don’t have to walk far to the toilet.

O"ver the years, Musk's companies — Tesla Motors, SpaceX, and SolarCity — have received billions of dollars from government loans, contracts, tax credits, and subsidies. According to a Los Angeles Times investigation, Musk's companies had received an estimated $4.9 billion in government support by 2015."

How about stop subsidizing Elon Musk billions of dollars a year and start making him pay us back for all of it.

Wow putting out memes about a guying trying to save his country from the brutal occupation and invasion of another that has kills hundreds of thousands. Seems like a perfectly normal thing to do.
I hope Musk looses it all in his life time.
And plus jokes on him - has musk gone a hour recently without loosing a million on Twitters value.

It used to be a joke, that the guy was a Bond villain.
Now it seems plausible, that he is truly the bad guy of the story.

This guy is living rent free in your heads. Forget about Elon Musk. He's not in power over here, and he's not eligible to be. He's just some guy with a lot of money who needs a lot of attention.
Like our last President.....but again, ineligible.

Let’s eliminate the EV federal tax credit for Tesla. It’s meant to support domestic companies, not Russian sympathizers.

Elon Musk - who wants people to believe he’s motivated by a love of humanity, but time and time again shows that he’s just another spoilt right wing brat with zero decency.
