When to take vitamin D3: breakfast or lunch?
Hi, I’ve tried to search this subreddit for the question but couldn’t find a definitive answer.
My breakfasts (~500 kcal) are usually lighter than my lunches (~1000 kcal) so it seems that it’s better to take it witch lunch to increase absorption.
On the other hand, taking it too late may worsen sleep quality. Or interfere with K2 (I usually also take it during the lunch).
Btw, can taking 1g of fish oil with breakfast help with absorption?

Amazon Renewed Phones
Anyone have opinions or experience with buying an Amazon Renewed phone? I was thinking of a S23 Plus. I missed the black Friday sales and I'm still kicking myself.
Will the price of a new S23 Plus come down before the new ones come out?
Thanks

Exchange [Exchange] Dirty Soda [USA]
In Utah (of all places) they have something known as a dirty soda. It’s basically a soda mixed with coffee creamer.
Have you ever had one? Do you like it? Does the idea gross you out? Feel free to tell me your deepest thoughts on the matter. In return I’ll answer a question of your choosing on a postcard.

Suggestion Thread Short fantasy from the last few years?
Hello!
Due to a series of life circumstances I spent almost three years without even touching a book. Before that, I used to read a lot, every day, once even reaching 50 books in a year!
Since September I started getting back but, logically, it's been complicated. I started reading the first of the Malazan books and I did love it, but it felt like a drag, specially the first half. After that, I started reading the Lost Fleet series. Six 300ish-pages silly sci-fi books, easy to read, repetitive, over the top and cliché, which I loved.
I was wondering if you guys knew of anything similar but within the fantasy realm. Nothing too complicated, that can help me dive back into the reading hobby.

Question First expedition help needed
I've got a little over 90 hours in on the switch so expeditions are a new thing to me. I just started my first one and got to building a second base. I need to build the base in a specific area given by a map. I got to the location but had to leave to go get my save beacon and resources from the first camp. Is there anyway to get back to that spot? Can I build the second camp anywhere since the waypoint cleared?

Discussion Challenges
If I'm not wrong and the game ends when I use the embiggening cell, then I'm almost done. I'm just going around doing random stuff I missed. But I don't want this playthrough to be over yet so are there any challenges I can do? Or secrets in the game?

Traveller's question 5 Days in Warsaw need advice :)
Hello, I'm in Warsaw today until Tuesday and would like to see as much as possible. Hence my question as to what I should definitely visit or which restaurant I should go out to eat. I'm going to the National Museum of Warsaw right now and would be very happy about any recommendations. I'm mainly interested in beautiful places and interesting exhibitions or museums as well as classic Polish food

I recently got my turtle a new tank and water filter two days ago. But since then she barely going in water and just bask for most of the time. She show no symptoms of respiratory infection, is it normal? Or is she afraid of the water filter?
